WHAT IS REAL YOGA?

True Yoga is a esoteric practice (like true buddhism) and is not a physical fitness training. True Yoga of ancient masters serves the purpose to develop the psychic and transcendental potentials within yourself by transformation. True Yoga is a science because it reveals all secrets and wisdom, has a plan and leads to the end of all questions and all personal problems.

The normal person on the street knows nothing about spiritual development. He doesn't want to know anything about it either, he just wants to live well. Likewise, the godly man does not want to free himself from materialism. See also videos below about yoga and meditation.

What is YOGA?
Yoga is a spiritual development system that creates the connection with the Absolute (clear comic and unlimited light) at the endpoint. Yoga is a complex system and is divided into 8 main stages (levels): Yama (virtue) and Niyama (vice), Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara. Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi. Health is a prerequisite for the technical exercises. There are numerous yogas, no matter which one one follows, these stages of development must be mastered if one wants to reach the ultimate goal. The primary goal of yoga for man is to free himself mentally and spiritually from the grip of materialism and understand his own destiny and to get out of the endless circle of the Samsaro and the uncontrollable trip thru the Bardo.
In other words, this includes noble morality, mastering reflexivity, increasing wakefulness and the supernatural intellect, overcoming materialism, experiencing joy and bliss, leading a conflictless life, discovering and mastering the pranic circuit, developing analytical concentration, developing mystical abilities, spiritualizing the body and feelings, attaining wisdom and the complete knowledge of oneself, of others, and of the cosmos. You have to have a desire for spiritual development. Morality leads to causeless joy, to a harmonious course of life and to desirability.
During this development to the end, man experiences numerous supernatural intellectual stages of consciousness. The first supernatural level is called genius. The same is achieved in other systems should they be genuine. The nirvikalpa samadhi or nirvana state is reached when the yogi is no longer in the cosmos but the cosmos is in him. And yoga knows no ceremonies or spectacles.

What is the end point?
This is enlightenment, the attainment of cosmic consciousness and flawless wisdom, the end of all science, liberation from the bondage of all phenomena of the universe and cessation of individual karma (destiny) and no Samsaro anymore. For other results see more below.

What is FOGA?
FOGA (abbreviation for false yoga or fake yoga) is the reduction of the yoga system to asanas, meditation and breathing techniques. This is and has never been the purpose of yoga, so true yoga becomes crippled. This is seen in the fact that the common man associates yoga only with asanas and meditation. The FOGA is a product newly created with materialistic intentions for the purpose of profit or making money. A variety of FOGA are the fakirs. In FOGA the spiritual values have been eliminated e.g. the noble moralization (yamas and niyams). The "clients" understand the yamas and niyamas as deprivation of liberty and stay away. Without these two they do not experience a transformation of their being for the better, their characters remain the same. What's more, the majority uses the newly won harmonization and uncovering of potentials to better experience and live out what has karmic effects. This also applies to the teachers and disseminators of FOGA. FOGA ensures that man remains a prisoner of the conditions of materialism. If FOGA is to be equated with true yoga, then materialism must also be made a world religion. If the noble and real yoga is reduced to asanas, fitness, wellness, body-flow, shallow  meditation or breath observation, then moral ennobling and transformation is not achieved and the practitioner remains in the whirlpool of his desires and longings, driven by his perceptions and which at the end always disappoints him and leaves him alone. FOGA is like to define a human only up to the waist.

Who is right for FOGA? These are people who still have a strong thirst for life, who are convinced of being already perfect, do not wand to tackle thier "precious" personality and value sensual experience higher than a permanent solution to the problem of their limitations. They are only looking for an improvement in their current situation (physical or psycho-social). Once the problem is resolved, they drop from this kind of yoga. Those who are karmically mature will be interested in real yoga and accept its terms.

What is Buddhism ?
Buddhism is a system of spiritual development that establishes the connection with the Absolute (cosmic consciousness and without content, clear limitless light) at the end point. Buddhism consists in the internalization of the 4 Noble Truths and the 8-Fold Path, which is fulfilled in the practical application of Satipatthana and Metta. The course of development in Buddhism is described in the Visuddhi-Magga and in the Jhanas 1-4. During this development to the end, man experiences numerous supernatural intellectual stages of consciousness. Persistent Satipatthana leads to analytical concentration (higher Vipassana) and cognition, and like yoga, man has to master certain stages or requirements. Applied Buddhism is not a religion but a scientific research trip (depth psychology) to one's own hidden potentials, where beliefs and scholarships only stand in the way.
The first major goal is to attain the Buddha state or cosmic consciousness. This is followed by the Mahayana path set forth in jhanas 5-8. The Buddhist jhanas and the 8-level yoga achieve the same results. Like yoga, true buddhism does not perform any ceremonies or spectacles.

The first attainable achievements or benefits
